Water knife cutting


Water jets are widely used worldwide for high-throughput applications. It complements other technologies (milling, laser, EDM, plasma and planer). Water jet cutting does not use toxic gases or liquids and does not produce toxic substances or vapors. The waterjet cutting surface does not leave any HAZ or mechanical deformation. It is a truly versatile and efficient cold cutting technology. The water knife has proven itself to be able to do work that no other technology can handle. From cutting extremely thin details in stone, glass and metal, to quickly drilling holes in titanium alloys, to cutting food, to sterilizing beverages and solutions, the waterjet has proven its unique value. Essentially, there are two types of water knives:(1) pure water knives and (2) sand-added water knives. The equipment is designed to use only pure water knives, only sand water knives, or both. Whatever the form, the water must first be pressurized. Two types of water knives: two water knives refer to pure water knives and sand water knives. Both have proven unique properties.

Heat treatment


Metal heat treatment is a process in which the metal workpiece is heated to a suitable temperature in a certain medium, and after maintaining it at this temperature for a certain time, it is cooled at different speeds.

Spraying


Flame spraying or arc spraying is used. Spray material (wire) martensitic, ferritic and austenitic stainless steel. Stainless steel coating is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. It is often used in the manufacturing and repair of mechanical parts. It is also used in the chemical and petroleum industries. At present, the spraying of high nickel chromium alloy coating has appeared. The use of arc spraying has high efficiency, low cost, and high bonding strength of the coating.

Precision cutting


Kaiping line is also called Kaiping shear line, uncoiling line and transverse shear line, which are used to uncoiling, leveling, sizing, cutting into flat sheets of required length and stacking.
