Surface processing grade
Original surface: NO. 1 After hot rolling, the surface is treated with heat treatment and pickling. Generally used for cold rolling materials, industrial tanks, chemical industry equipment, etc., the thickness is thicker from 2.0MM-8.0MM.
Blunt surface: NO.2D cold rolled after heat treatment, pickling, its material is soft, the surface is silvery white luster, used for deep drawing processing, such as automotive components, water pipes, etc.
Fog surface: NO.2B cold rolled after heat treatment, pickling, and then finish rolling to make the surface moderately bright. Because the surface is smooth, it is easy to regrind, so that the surface is brighter and has a wide range of uses, such as tableware, building materials, etc. After surface treatment to improve mechanical properties, almost all applications are met.
Coarse sand no. 3 with 100-120 grinding belt grinding out of the product. Has a better gloss, with discontinuous rough. Used for building interior and exterior decoration materials, electrical products and kitchen equipment.
Fine sand: NO. 4 with particle size 150-180 grinding belt grinding out of the product. Has a better gloss, with discontinuous rough, stripes than NO. 3 fine. Used for baths, building interior and exterior decoration materials, electrical products, kitchen equipment and food equipment.
#320 products ground out with No. 320 grinding tape. Has a better gloss, with discontinuous rough, stripes than NO. 4 fine. Used for baths, building interior and exterior decoration materials, electrical products, kitchen equipment and food equipment.
Hair surface HAIRLINE:HLNO. 4 Products (subdivision 150-320) produced by continuous grinding of appropriate grit polishing belts to produce abrasive patterns. Mainly used for building decoration, elevator, building doors, panels, etc.
Bright surface: BA after cold rolling and bright annealing, and after leveling the product. The surface gloss is excellent and has a high reflectivity. Like a mirror surface. Used for home appliances, mirrors, kitchen equipment, decorative materials, etc.
