1.1 in order to reduce energy consumption, improve the life of the nozzle and electrode, when cutting thin workpiece, should try to use "low" cutting.

The 1.5 shall first turn off the power switch of the host before assembling and disassembling the accessories and components (such as cutting torch, cutting ground wire, electrode, nozzle, distributor, pressure cap, protective sleeve, etc.) on the host. 1.6 When it is necessary to start arc cutting from the middle of the workpiece, the cutting stainless steel ≤ 20mm thick can be directly perforated and cut. The method is as follows: place the cutting torch on the starting point of the cutting seam, and make the cutting torch nozzle axis and the workpiece plane form an included angle of about 75 °, then turn on the cutting torch switch to start the arc perforation; At the same time, slowly adjust the included angle between the nozzle axis and the workpiece surface until the cutting through the workpiece should be adjusted to 90 °. After cutting through the workpiece, it can be cut normally along the cutting direction. However, if the above thickness is required to be perforated and cut, a small hole (diameter is not limited) must be drilled on the cutting starting point to start the arc cutting from the small hole. Otherwise, it is easy to damage the torch nozzle.
